Jane has 25 years industry expertise, a 60 strong team of talentedspecialists who are chosen to help deliver projects according to the specific needs of the job, a superb network of contacts and connections and a firm belief that 'if it is worth doing, we can find the best way.'
Not Just Food works on a project basis with clients and this often leads to the establishment of long term relationships with companies. Each project is as individual as the client and hence NJF’s company ethos to embed themselves within the client team and transfer the skills and learnings from the project into the business in a way that will fit with the business culture and maximise the outcomes..
Jane is the author of a number of highly successful cookery books, a popular speaker at industry events, an experienced trainer and a formidably efficient conference organiser. She’s a member of The Guild of Food Writers and actively involved in a number of industry bodies and networks. So much so that the phrase most often on the lips of the food industry tends to be “Ask Jane Milton.”
