Not Just Food, founded and headed up by Jane Milton, has been successfully running since 1996. Jane has 24 years industry expertise, a 60 strong team of talented people who are selected to help deliver projects according to the specific needs of the job, a superb network of contacts and connections and a firm belief that 'if it is worth doing, we can find the best way.'
Not Just Food works on a project basis with clients and this often leads to the establishment of a long term relationship with companies. Each project is as individual as every client and hence NJF’s company ethos which is that it must never impose its own methods but always endeavour to fit in and become part of the client’s own team for the project duration.
Jane is the author of a number of highly successful cookery books, a popular speaker at industry events, an experienced trainer and a formidably efficient conference organiser. She’s a member of The Guild of Food Writers and actively involved in a number of industry bodies and networks both educational and commercial. So much so that the phrase most often on the lips of the food industry tends to be “Ask Jane Milton.”
