Always looking at ways to help our customers more
We’re passionate believers in the power of networking — whether your business is niche or general, village or global, it’s vital you meet with other people in your industry either face to face or online. This will ensure you’re always able to lay your hands on the best suppliers, make the most lucrative sales contacts, bounce ideas off industry peers, seek opinions, help or advice and share best practice.
We often make those contacts and connections for our clients - but we also facilitate some events to offer them the chance for face to face discussions with like minded people.
Business Breakfasts
We run bi-monthly invitation only business breakfasts for food businesses.
On the menu:
• Bi-monthly, structured networking in a comfortably secure forum.
• Facilitating introductions, liaison, information and ideas-exchange at a peer to peer level.
• Maximum 30 delegates at any breakfast, allowing you to meet people, companies or professions you’ve specifically asked to be connected with.
• Delegates are major food industry players as well as like-minded contacts in the legal, financial and creative fields . For more information click here
Networking on Demand
- We put our ideas into action by creating and running www.thefoodnetwork.co.uk the platform for food businesses putting them in touch with all of the people they need to be in touch with at the click of a mouse. The network is thriving – but don’t take our word for it, read some of the testimonials on the site.
- During the year we often organise speakers/workshop leaders for other people's events...or speak ourselves, and we post the details on www.thefoodnetwork.co.uk events feed.
- We work a lot with businesses in the UK who import, produce and sell Caribbean food and we work with businesses across the Caribbean helping them find the best markets and opportunities for their products in Europe - to support this we have a network where we post news on The Food Network and also a forum for businesses working with the Region or with Caribbean food. http://www.thefoodnetwork.co.uk/Resources/HelpAvailableNow/CaribbeanBusinessNetwork.aspx
