Our personal relationship with clients and our in-house skills and creativity allow us more flexibility to work on your behalf. Jane Milton leads a team of 60 people all with unique skills. Using our knowledge and experience, gained over 20 years, we bring together the right team to work on each brief to ensure our clients get the best results. We excel at developing and managing innovative projects for maximum effect and impact working within our client's budgets.
As a business we are proud to have the had Investors in People standard for 7 years — we were always a people focused business but the standard ensures that this remains our main priority and that we constantly strive to improve the way we relate to our customers and our team. Jane Milton says “we spend so much time at work, it’s got to be something you love and the atmosphere has to be good too. I’m passionate about the food industry and so am very enthusiastic about my work but... I do recognise too though that you need a work — life balance and it’s just as important to me that we finish work at 5pm... earlier on Fridays... and can work flexibly to accommodate different lifecycles and needs within our team... this business is nothing without all the other people who get the work done each day and I’d like to think they all like coming to work each day as much as I do.”
