A business importing and selling high quality Chinese teas approached us for help in growing their business. They retail and wholesale a range of premium quality green teas infused with jasmine and specialty teas which ‘unfurl’ in your cup once water is added to reveal different exotic flowers which add to the teas delicious flavour.
We worked with them to review the business’s current market position, identify key target markets and to prepare a business plan. We identified the business USP and bench marked their product and service against all their major competitors.
We then helped them to create an achievable, practical, commercially aware marketing plan which was creative and interesting and allows them to grow their business and exploit their strengths and to take their unique proposition to market.
We are continuing to work with them and have also networked them into a number of funded projects which are of benefit to them.
